We have offices in Melbourne and India with teams in Melbourne and India. Our board members are based in Melbourne.
Does your staff have experience working alongside Australian Businesses?
Yes, our staff are currently working with businesses Australia and New Zealand wide, from sole traders up to national operators, and are experienced in all major business accounting software including Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks and many more.
What steps do you take to protect our information?
We have strict security protocols in place to manage IT and Physical security risks and this includes measures in our India office like no USB allowed, restricted internet access, encrypted computers, 24x 7 camera monitoring and much more. We also carry cyber security insurance covering our operations in Australia and India.
What deployment methods do you offer?
As we have teams located in both Melbourne and India, we offer customised deployment models of onshore, offshore and blended services, giving your business the best of both worlds.
How will our staff communicate with the away team?
Our team generally communicates through e-mail or over skype, but telephone or video conferences can also easily be organised based on requirements.
Is there any language barrier in place with the team in India?
The team in India are all proficient in English and currently interact daily on email, phone calls and conference calls with clients and also are qualified professionals who assist businesses with simple and complex tasks including bookkeeping and document drafting.
How can I explain outsourcing to our current staff?
Outsourcing is not necessarily an undertaking meant to replace your current staff, rather to free up their day to day so they can focus on what is most important and also spend more time on client facing tasks.
